I have modeled a pin diode structure in comsol. I have applied an electric field this structure and change the physical structure of it with thickness, dopin anf material. I want to calculate the quantum efficiency of this structure.
The quantum efficiency formula is equal to 1.24 x responsivity / lambda
I need to calculate the responsivity and it eqoals to photocurrent / applied optical power
Is there anybody who calculate the reponsivity? How can IU use the comsol results or how can I calculate the photocurrent?
Can you recommend any resource for this question?
Thank you in advence,
Havva
