Time dependent inverse problem

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I have experimental data measuring quantities of three species at 2 different time points, for a range of two different parameter values (oxygen, initial concentration).

I want to fit a COMSOL model to this data and use optimization to find a few other parameters (diffusion coefficients etc) to get the best fit to the data.

I am finding this quite difficult to execute- does COMSOL have the capability to do such a thing?

Thanks,
Rachel
