Cylindrical System in Moving Mesh

Dear all,
I want to create a model in which a rotor rotates in a fluid.
A Cylindrical System was created and selected as Coordinate system for Prescribed mesh displacement. The displayed unit is meters and not rad. (pls see phi_unit_meters.jpg)
This phenomenon also occurs in Deformed mesh.
Has anyone solved this problem?
Does anyone have an example of a rotation in a fluid?
