Extract arrow plot

in 2D model of semiconductr np-junction diode I have surface plot for potential and arrow plot for electric field.
I want to extract the arrow plot as a square table with X and Y coordinates (n rowes over X and m columns over Y) and value of electric field component Ey for each node.

When I extract the Arrow Pot I get only 4 columns: X nodes, Y nodes, Ex and Ey values at each node.
