error with solid and shell physics comsol 5.2

I get this kind of error with new comsol 5.2a. Is there somekind of solution...what I do wrong? I have notice that sometimes it goes off itself but the error comes back randomly.

Those boundaries are solids and I understand that comsol tries to use shell expression in solids...why is that so?
