New geometry from previous study

How can I use in study 2 new geometry that is the result of the transformation of the geometry used in the study 1. For example, in study I calculate eigenfrequencies of structure. Geometry obtained for the eigenfrequency I want to use for further calculations in the study 2. How to do it?
