Problem in Eigenfrequency calculus for piezoelectric model

Hi.
I'm trying to studi a piezoelectric model of a transducer. In my project, I create two simulation, a frequency domain simulation and an eigenfrequency.
The frequency domain simulation is right, and I've resonances that agree with experimental results, but when I calculate eigenmodes for the same model, I've got some warning, and eigenfrequency values have no-sense for me, both in values and displacement of the model.
What's the right setting for a good eigenfrequency analysis?
I'm using Comsol 4.0.0.982 on Windows 7 64bit.
