Pressure condition in two-phase flow

I'm trying to develop a model about the free-surface evolution of an spherical air-bubble in the water under large pressure difference, which is a typical two phase flow.
Due to the existence of collapse, the level set method is applied rather than moving mesh.
Thus, I set difference initial pressures to the domains of water and gas.
Then I have to apply a pressure point constraint to one point in the domain, with a value of P1.
then the simulation result of pressure distribution will be the same as the pressure constraint value of P1. The initial value that I set to each domain does not work at all.
While according to the user's guide, such boundary condition or point condition must be added for the continuation of computation.
"If it is not possible to specify the pressure level using a boundary condition, the pressure level must be set in some other way, for example, by specifying a fixed pressure at a point."
As a result, my question is how to build such a model with different initial pressure value without being affected by the boundary conditions.
