Nonlinear Electromagnetic Convergence Problem

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello Everyone,

I have facing problem with convergence in my model. In my model, I have antennas and nonlinear material.
The conductivity of the nonlinear material is anisotropic and dispersive in nature. In my model, the conductivity is a function of electric field (E). In this case, sigma_xx (E)= const*temw.Ey, this is the equation which defines nonlinearity in my model.

When I run the simulation, it doesn't converge. I would like to know what might be the reasons for it.
I am using time-dependent RF module for my nonlinear model. Can anyone suggest me how to converge nonlinear electromagnetic model problem in time domain ?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Kindly.

Thanks,
RA
