eigenfrequency of piezoelectric device_with capacitance_pre-stressed

Hi,

We have one question about calculation of eigenfrequency of piezoelectric device. Our Aim is to obtain eigenfrequencies of piezoelectric device when the device is connected with one capacitance.

Attached is revised model based on the example "thickness_shear_quartz_oscillator" from Comsol library.

We used study type of eigenfrequency, unlike the model in the library. However the equations of Electrical Circuit interface are not included in the eigenfrequency study as attached png file ‘EC interface’ shows. We failed to make the simulation.

Therefore, we are considering other possible way to deal with this problem. We want to firstly involve the Electrical Circuit interface and get the Pre-stress, then exclude the Electrical Circuit interface and get the eigenfrequencies of the pre-stressed piezoelectric device. Is it possible? There is study type of Prestressed Analysis, Eigenfrequency as attached png file ‘study type’ shows. Could it be used for this calculation?

We understand that study 2 of this model tries many frequencies by study type of frequency domain. But if the range of eigenfrequency is not known before the simulation, it will not be likely to use the study type of frequency domain. Therefore, we are trying to use the study type of eigenfrequency.
