data extraction

I've been studying the COMSOL Model 114: Semiconductor Diode, and I was trying to plot the 1D IV curve of anode (Boundary 5). It is ok when I was doing it with comsol, showing a very nice IV curve of diode, but when i was trying to extract the data from that curve and plot the data through excel by myself, the extracted data is all the same and very small values (1.2e-140 sth). I was using the "Add plot data to report" in the right click menu of my "line graph" node, and then export the data from the plot node under report. Am i doing sth wrong?
