How to check the normal of a shell?

Greetings,

I realised the normal of a shell structure will only be revealed after computation in one of the default plots.

However, is checking the normal possible during modelling?

Thank you.

Hi,

The default plot is the best way. You do not have to do a full solution to get it. "Get Initial Value" from the Study node is sufficient (and fast).

Henrik
