Geometry Transformation

Hi there,

does anyone knows if exists any way to change a geometry (at my case 2D) using a coordinate system transformation through Comsol? For example i would like to have a mapping rule like this,

x'=R*log(x/R)
y'=y
z'=R*atan(z/x),

where x, y, z are the coordinates of the cartesian system and R a constant.
Can my geometry change its form too?

Every answer is appreciated.
