non-linear conductor in time-varying magnetic field

I try to build 2D model for equations for conponents of magnetic field Hx and Hy in two-domain geometry. I try to use PDE coefficient mode. How to write the interior boundary conditions for continuos tangential H ( and also for the normal if mu=1) on the boudary of conducting body? Note, that the fluxes ( dH/dx and dH/dy ) are not continuos functions on the boundary.
