PCM melt fraction modelling

hi

please how can I model the melt fraction of PCM using flc2hs function where the melt fraction B is given by the equation below:
B= 0 if T<cond1
0.5*(T-Tf+dT)/dT if cond1<T<cond2
1 if T> cond2
where
cond1=Tf-dT
cond2=Tf+dT
dT = 2K
