Does COMSOL has any physics interface that solves flow in super critical condition?

You would need to consult with COMSOL sales and technical support before purchasing anything from them to make sure it will solve your problem. My guess, based on the limited information you have provided, is that you will need at a minimum the main module and CFD module. You may also need the material library for material properties, but could obtain super-critical fluid properties from available resources.

Note that while COMSOL employees may participate in the discussion forum, COMSOL® software users who are on-subscription should submit their questions via the Support Center for a more comprehensive response from the Technical Support team.
