Cannot see interface normal and curvature these two variables in the Level set interface

"Geometry properties of the interface are often needed. The unit normal to the interface is given by "n=***", The curvature is defined as "k=***". (ps: *** here represent the formula simply)
These variables are available in the modeling interface as the interface normal and mean curvature."
According to these description above, It seems that we can see the interface normal n and curvature k in the modeling interface, but I cannot see them, I don't know why.
