Having issues applying Heat Transfer to device

Hello everyone,

I am attempting to add multi-physics heat flow transfer to my device. I am receiving the error NaN or Inf found when solving linear system using SOR in RF Module. I've tried using a finer mesh and still received the same issue. I am unsure if I should move onto a custom fine mesh or if something else is the problem.

Note: I am fairly new to COMSOL
