Determination of area/volume with less than a specified value of velocity magnitude in a raceway channel

Dear all,

I am modelling a fluid flow in a raceway channel. How do I calculate the area/volume of the raceway channel (2D & 3D) with a velocity magnitude less than a specified value (example 0.1 m/s).
