How to export a MATLAB geometry plot to COMSOL 3.5?

Hello,

This is my first post in the forum and I'm trying to use COMSOL with Matlab for my thesis. Basically I have to model a 3D packed bed reactor (fluid-dynamics and mass transfer).
I made ??a script in MATLAB to generate this geometry (a cylinder with an array of spheres) but I dont know how to export MATLAB plots to COMSOL.. I really appreciate any help.
