Probably. You can specify the conductivity of the conductor, mesh it, apply appropriate boundary and wave-launching conditions, etc. For a good conductor, you may need to use a very fine mesh. This may or may not represent a computational challenge, in part depending on whether you can model your problem in 2D vs. 3D. If you post more details about your problem, you might be able to get a more helpful answer.

Thank you sir, I am intrested in simulating the probagation of high frequency transient wave through a coil (an insulated conductor wound to form a coil). Wave probagation is governed by the capacitance, inductance and frequency dependent resistance of the coil. If the coil is modelled in 3D in Electromagnetic transient - Time dependent study of RF module, Is is it possible to exite the coil-conductor through lumped port boundary ? and simulate its probagation along the coil?

Yes, it should be possible for you to prepare such a model. If you are new to using Comsol Multiphysics for such problems, then I encourage you to first work through several of the examples and tutorials in the application library, for the RF and AC/DC modules. You can also request support from Comsol directly.
