Transitional Flow Problem

Hi,

I am trying to solve a transitional flow problem using COMSOL microfluidics module & keep getting couple of errors.

Molecular flux (comp1.tran.j0): 1 comsol error &
Detail: vector<T> too long comsol error

Not able to figure out the cause for these. Also need a suggestion, if I can model in Slip flow or molecular flow and is there way to modify to Transitional flow. Could not find any application using Transitional Flow module.
