Why the soild part in my mold have velocity？

I'm simulating a mold that the solid metal melten and flow，refering to the example of “continuous casting”.I set a phase chang meterial in heat transfer,but the result shows the solid part have velocity,the same as the fluid.I tried to figue out why it happen,but faild. Anyboby can solve this problem?I'll be grateful for your help.Thanks.
