coupling of droplet breakup and channel deformation

I am setting a model on coupling of droplet breakup and channel deformation. The droplet breakup has been worked out in the model library. And I referred to the model of blood vessel, which is a one-way coupling of blood flow and vessel deformation. I have worked out the droplet breakup and it caused the channel deforming. But how could I worked on the effect of channel deformation on the droplet breakup? thanks
