Sorting my eigenfrequency

Hi all, I have a very quick question. I am doing Bloch wave analysis to a unit cell of elastic wave. I have successfully computed the dispersion relation. Basically what I am doing is I do a parameter sweep of k which give a constraint to the system and compute the corresponding eigenvalue of the constraned system. There is only a small problem here. For k=0, the eigenvalue is not from small to large order which makes my dispersion line cross each other. I have attached the dispersion relation. So, is there a way to sort my eigenvalues in order?
Thanks in advance.
