how to export a deformed shell

Hi

I have a model which consists of a shell and a solid. When I want to remesh my deformed model, I receive an error 'deformed configuration can only be created for solid geometries'. So what should I do? How can I remesh the shell part? I want to export the whole model (shell and solid ) for further study . Any suggestion?
