I am simulating the mass and heat transfer in Comsol by using darcy law model and heat transfer in porous media model. It works for 1D modelling. But when I swith into 2D model by using the same parameters, Comsol has convergence problem.

It could be many issues. Without seeing your model, it is difficult to diagnose. It could be a meshing issue, boundary condition, any number of things could cause the problem.
