Create a circular 2D Cut Line

Hi everyone,

in my component there is a fluid flowing from the inlet to the outlet, as you can see in the attachment. How is it possible to create the red cut line to measure the velocity of the fluid over the angle at a certain radius?

You can create a Parameterized Curve 3D dataset for this purpose.
