Heat Transfer in solid

Good day, please i have a design in which i am trying to extract thermal conductance of the model. Below is the detail of my design I use polysilicon as my substrate mounted on it are two poles made of Titanium and another a rectangular shape made of silicon nitrate is placed on titanium. I assigned 273K as my reference temperature to the whole design, then applied heat flux to the top layer only, silicon nitrate. I therefore want to calculate effective thermal conductance of the whole design.
