need some help in photonic crystal

I want to get band diagram of 3D photonic crystal of a simple structure, which is made of a sphere of a cubic.I followed the instruction of the 2D e.g. But it doesn't work.I set F-B condition for boundary. I remesh it in free parameters on global tab. but it diverge.I really do not know what to do.
