Darcy flow with mass sink and pressure boundary condition

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello!

I am trying to model Darcy flow in 3D porous domain (cuboid) with mass sink (due to reaction). The porous matrix has constant porosity and permeability. The fluid is steam. The initial condition for pressure is 5 kPa. The inlet pressure is 200 kPa. There is no outlet. On running the simulation, the solution diverges with the error "reached a singularity". I've tried with different mesh sizes and time steps, but nothing works. Kindly provide your suggestions in this regard. Thanks in advance.
