The trajectory of motion of a charged particle

Hello,
I simulate the motion of charged particles in an electromagnetic field. How to make so that at the touch of a solid (the lens or body) of the charged particle disappeared? And how to export the coordinates of the particle motion in a text or other file for further processing?
