Error in elPlastic element.

I ran a geomechanical model and I got this Error "Error in elPlastic element. - Detail: Lambda non positive for plastic point" , I decreased the time step and tighten the convergence tolerances acccording to an apply in this fourm. However, it didn't work.

Could anyone tell me why this error happens. I used plasticity model.
