A question about Livelink for matlab

Hello, I know that wa can create loops with matlab, and run a Comsol model in it so it can offer new possibilies for simulations. But can we create a loop where a boundary like an inflow Temperature is variable? It is to simulate the heating of a tank if the temperature is too low, and to stop the heating if the temperature is too high. Thank you
