Initial condition as Piecewise function

I am trying to solve a PDE inside a rectangular domain. I want to specify the initial condition as a piecewise function as shown below:

1 if x^2+y^2<=R^2 0 otherwise

I am new to COMSOL and am not able to figure this out. Please help.

Hi,

Go to "definitions", right click on it, get to "functions", and then you'll find "piecewise function".
