Apply a load for Midlin plate

Hi, I have some problem with applying the loads. I have a plate(0<x<a,-b/2<y<b/2). In plate is acted the distributed load in the part of surface(0<x<a,-c/2<y<c/2 and c<b). How can I give the load. I cann't select the region for load action.
