Prestretched laminates

We are trying to find out the topology of a two-layer laminate.
Both base and top layers are polymers, with similar Poisson's ratio.
The top polymer layer is deposited on the prestressed base (by 5% strain in radius).
After releasing the stress on the base, the top layer is expected to buckle (provided the interlayer adhesion is sufficient).
Is there a way or similar model to solve this problem and see how the topology of the top layer?
Thank you very much in advance!
Sincerely,
Lanlin
