Adaptive Solver

Hello
I am solving magnetohydrodynamic problems consisting of stationary fluid dynamics + heat transfer involving phase change in domain A and additionally a frequency solver for the AC problem in domains A and B.
I have two questions:
1)
Up to v4.1, I couldn't use the adaptive remeshing solver for that problem.
Is that now possible in v4.2?
2)
Is it in v4.2 alternatively possible to refine the mesh based on the current stationary solution (say refine the mesh in the region around the phase change temperature) ?
