Inserting an equation of temperature dependant on time

I am trying to do a simulation in an unsteady state to evaluate the haet flow through a section of multi-layered wall with a thermal bridge.
I want to make the temperature vary with time so as to evaluate the Psi value over a certain period.
Can anyone help me?
