How can I determine the heat dissipated in a pin fin model created in COMSOL?

So I have a problem that looks like the attached picture.

I have modeled the problem in COMSOL and obtained isothermal contours as well as a 3D figure displaying the temperature distribution.

But how can I calculate the value of the heat dissipated (i.e. q). Any help is appreciated.
