Subtracting a local evaluation from a domain result

I have a 2D solid mechanics result in COMSOL that has the x- and y-displacements: u and v.

I would like to plot these using a different reference point for the strain, i.e. a displacement relative to another displaced location. For example, I'd like to plot:

u-uref

...where "uref" is my numerical result "u" evaluated at a specific location "x0", "y0" of my choosing (either a coordinate entry or a selection at a point in my geometry).

Any suggestions on how to do this? I have been playing around with data sets, selections, etc. and can't figure out how to have uref be a point-evaluation of the data set. I can type in the expression "u-const" where "const" is a constant and this works fine, but I can't figure out how to subtract u at a point.
