Interpolating multiple heat fluxes along a boundary

Hi,

The input data for a model Im creating consists of heat flux data specified at individual points along the edge of my geometry. Is it possible to interpolate this data so I have smooth application of heat flux along the surface rather than having what is basically a step function of points with high heat flux with areas of no heat flux in between?
