how to make animations in 3D

Hi I am working on a solute transfer model in 3D, and I want to make the animation of it, it works fine when I am doing the 2D. but when I am exporting a file for 3D it shows a error to do in 2 frames. how to make 2 frames, I dont understand that. can anybody help me?????
