I am working on the design of piezoelectric energy harvesting with a cantilever structure. I am using the piezoelectric material as zinc oxide (ZnO). When thickness of the piezoelectric is increasing or decreasing , the generated output voltage is non-linear. But from theoretically and some journals explains that thickness of piezoelectric material is directly proportional to generated voltage. Here I am attached my model. Please anyone look at my model and tell me that where I did mistake.
Thank you
