Unable to get clear interference pattern.

Hi ! I designed double slit experiment on COMSOL (5.1a) with following parameters; Wavelength= 1550 nm distance between slits= 5 um width of slits= lam/4= 3.875x 10^-7 m I used RF module to solve the problem. Applied electric fied on boundaries of slits and Scattering boundary condition on one part of rectnagle that acts as screen. Ididn't get literature like patterns. Can anyone please help me to get clear patterns?
