How to ignore a diffusivity of a reactant on transport of diluted species

Hi there, I'm a beginner of Comsol.
Now I'm trying to calculate chemical reaction combined with normal chemical reaction module and the transport of duluted species module. My target is a reactants that maintains its position throughout the caluculation. I set properties all zero such as diffusivity, inflow and outflow, convection flow ...etc. However, it seems still have few diffusion of chemicals and it causes unexpected appearance.
