Time Dependent temperature variation on Aluminium due to scanning of Laser of given flux and spot diameter

Hi, I have just joined National Tsing Hua Huniversity as a PhD scholar. I am new to comsol. I am using comsol 5.3. I have been given a problem which is based on time dependednt heat transfer simulation in which I have to show the temperature variation in (Al) matel due to scanning of laser. The dimensions of Al block are (5 x 1 x 0.5 ) cm. Spot diameter of laser is** 0.5 mm**. Flux is given as 10000 m/(sq. m). The laser will be swept in a straight line from one end of the plate to another along the longest dimension as shown in the image attached. So, basically this is a problem of moving heat flux. I have solved a similar problem using "Deposited Beam Power" option under "Heat transfer in Solids". But in this problem flux is given and not power.

Thanks Swami Siddharth
