Enquiry about the Journal Bearing Tutorial (Application ID: 8562)

For the journal bearing tutorial (Application ID: 8562) which I have attahced below, at the Model Definition part, it states that there are two parts of the journal bearing: channel base and solid wall. It also states that the rotating journal is considered to be the solid wall.

However, at the Thin-film Flow, Shell (TFFS) section, the velocity for the base is specified. Shouldn't we specifiy the velocity of the wall instead of the base since that the journal is rotating?

Thank you.
