Hi,
I am simulating a model with strong plasma-field coupling. I found some papers using Funer's model: , where is the electron density and is the minimum electric field intensity to maintain the plasma reaction. In their models, they modify the coefficient to make sure their results are consistent with the experimental measurements. I would like to repeat this simulation, but I don't know how to make COMSOL calculate the electron density by Funer's equation. Is there anyone knowing the solutions?
Thank you.
