pressure drop in fluid that is flowing along a circular pipe

dear all,
may i know how to find the pressure difference of the fluid between the outlet and inlet of the fluid flow? surface average from derived value give an answer that does not make sense. even in many tutorial that i've downloaded from comsol (link below), it does not make sense. the difference between the pressure of the fluid at inlet and outlet is way to big. In the case of the example below, the inlet is around 3140 pa and the outlet is -0.024 pa.
